Thank you for visiting at Nice-Pay. Our Return & Refund Policy will exist for 30 days. That means you have to apply for a return and refund within 30 days of purchasing. 

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

You have to follow some guidelines for accepting your returns.
Conditions to Meet your Return:

  • The Goods are purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods are hasn’t been washed.
  • The Goods must be in unused condition.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable products:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorates rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Return fee:

First, inspect your package correctly after receiving it. If the product is defective or damaged or you received the wrong product That time, Our return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee and Re-stocking fee is FREE. 

Keep in mind that if your products are not defective that time you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. That time you have to pay actual cost of shipping(5.99$)

Missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, First, check your bank or credit card before doing any action. Then, contact your credit card company to check for a pending refund.
