The rotisserie stand features a 13-Watt electric motor that allows the spit rod to spin itself at a speed of 4 RPM, with four adjustable tier levels to roast pigs, lamb, chicken, turkey, or pork shoulders. For quick, hot cooking, use a lower level. For low and slow cooking, choose a taller height. The rotating rod gives you an even roast every time. This lightweight system is perfect for travel and easy transportation.
