The floating-hinged lid lets the Reversible Grill work as an open, raised, or closed griddle or grill for maximum versatility.

The Reversible Grill can either close to cook your food on top and bottom for fast and even cooking, or it can be fully opened for a flat surface on each side to accommodate more food at once.
