Insert the power cord into an electrical outlet (towel warmer must be plugged in to function) Insert your dry towel(s) or other dry linens inside and replace the lid (be sure to only use dry towels; using damp towels will greatly extend the preheating cycle) Press and hold the power button until the timer LED indicator turns on (it will turn blue, indicating the towel warmer is preheating [default timer setting is 15 minutes]) Press the timer button to select between the 15, 30, 45, and 60-minute timers.
