We make no representation that the Site’s content is appropriate or legal in other jurisdictions. Accessing the Site from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited, and users are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Terms of Sale

Order Acceptance

Order acceptance occurs when you receive our confirmation email, forming a contract subject to these terms. Retain the email for your records. We strive to fulfill orders, but if products are unavailable after confirmation, we will notify you promptly and refund any payment for unavailable items. If payment has not been processed, no charge will be made. Acceptance is subject to product availability.

Our Products

Product prices and availability may change without notice. We aim to ensure accurate descriptions, prices, and details, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors or revoke offers, even after order submission. If an error materially impacts your order, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the affected portion or the entire order, with a refund for canceled items. This does not limit your rights under our Returns Policy.

Prices and Payment

Product prices are as shown on the order pages at the time of purchase. Payment is required upon dispatch. For installment shipments, payment may be taken per shipment, not exceeding the order total. Delivery is contingent on receiving full payment. Invoices are included in the order confirmation email.

Delivery

We provide an estimated delivery date in the confirmation email and aim to deliver within that period unless otherwise agreed. Some products require a signature upon delivery. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur, and we will notify you to minimize impact. We are not liable for such delays. If delivery fails, our courier may re-attempt delivery, leave the package with a neighbor or in a safe place, or contact you to reschedule. Storage and redelivery costs are free. If we cannot contact you to reschedule, we may terminate the contract.

Risk and Ownership

You assume responsibility for products upon delivery to the specified address. Ownership transfers once full payment is received.

Right to Cancel

Your cancellation rights are outlined in our Returns Policy. These depend on the product, reason for return, and timing. Manufacturer warranties may provide additional rights, which should be directed to the manufacturer. We may refuse or cancel orders, restrict accounts, or terminate Nicepay Rewards for misuse or breach of these terms. Verification of information may be required before order acceptance.

Warranties and Disclaimers: Sale of Goods

We are legally obligated to supply products conforming to the contract. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding products. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer or your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Limitation of Liability: Sale of Goods

We are liable only for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach. For business customers, we are not liable for loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill, business opportunity, or reputation. For all customers, we are not liable for unforeseeable losses. These terms and our Returns Policy do not affect your legal rights as a consumer. Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation is not excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale and any related contractual or non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws of the United States.
