We only produce and ship our products within the United States.

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@nice-pay.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
We does not deliver any products to PO box addresses in any state within the United States.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@nice-pay.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Lost Packages
We happily resend orders or issue a refund if the package was returned to its sender or got lost during shipment when the address was valid and correct. Please visit our support page here. Otherwise, we are sorry that any replacements, refunds, or credits for invalid address entries of the customers are not applicable
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
